Look Ma, I'm On TV

The other day I mentioned that CSTV did a segment about the blogs, mentioning CFR as well as Heisman Pundit and a few others.  Now we have proof:

Crystal Ball: Web Watch

Click on that link and scan down to 8/31/2006 to watch the video, it's a nice segment with new CSTV personality Trev Alberts joining the regular CSTV crew to talk a little CFB convergence with the blogs.  Nicely done, boys!

Anyway, thank you to The Wiz and HP for unfogging my confused mind about the segment and friendly CSTV.com Managing Editor Dan Kaufman for trading emails and passing along the video link.

CSTV promises continued coverage of the blogs, and I'll actually have an announcement in a few days about a project I'll be doing in conjunction with a new feature at the CSTV website.

This has been a tremendously exciting month for me here at CFR as things begin to fall in place.  This all started in October of 2004, with a big pickup sometime around June of last year (when the CFB blogosphere was still an outpost with myself, HP, MGoBlog and EDSBS bickering amongst ourselves) and increasing momentum ever since.  The blogs have done a tremendous job of gaining traction and mainstream interest, and it's something I'm immensely proud and excited to be a part of.  More big news is on the way about yet another project I'm a part of.  I'm having great fun with this opportunity.

Ok, yapping time over, back to football, there's a game today lest we forget.

Congrats CFR! Hmm, I wonder what the "big news" could be?
