College Football Forum > Old Scoring Rules

I am wondering if it is something I am dreaming up or if anyone elese remembers the following: If in any football league, (or maybe it was college), if a team was leading the game by (x) amount of points, and the team that was losing scored, they would receive the following kickoff to try to score again. Does anyone know about this rule and can share more information, or it is a figment of my imagination? Thanks for any help.

I only remember that rule applying the Blue-Gray all-star game.
